"We've chosen City Way Fall Creek for our now 12 year old pittie's complex medical care for well over 5 years - maybe 8?!Frankie is a perfect brindle baby, but she is absolutely not herself when she goes to the doctor - she has always hated going to vet appointments.The entire office at City Way Fall Creek is patient, caring, and does their best to make our visits as smooth as possible for us (moms) and Frankie.We've seen several providers there, and ultimately Frankie chose Dr. Smith as her favorite. And we can see why! (she also loves Jamie, one of the techs) <3Dr. Smith is thorough, gentle, compassionate, and clearly committed to providing excellent care.She spends extra time to manage Frankie's needs compassionately. She does her due diligence to explain medical information to us and is intentional to ensure Frankie gets the best care whether in house at Fall Creek or being referred out to a specialist.Ultimately, we trust Dr. Smith emphatically with Frankie's care, and we're very grateful to the full team at Fall Creek!"
